The final category for this round of the G+ Photo Scavenger Hunt is "Ends". My shot for Ends was the first one I thought of. I didn't know if I'd do any this round. I didn't do any last round. I hadn't picked up my camera in months. And then I found those big beige printer cables for my '93 computer, and I thought, "Those are interesting Ends. Nothing looks like that any more." And that was a picture I really wanted to take.

Sometimes, life gets to a lull and suddenly the most mundane items from the past start to look appealing. Vintage cans and old floppy disks remind us of how close and yet how out of reach those days really are.

But I could put that old computer together again. Maybe even find out what's on that old floppy disk. And maybe, for a moment, I'd feel like a teen again.
…Maybe that was the thought in my deeper mind as I looked at those cords and said "Yes" to their ends.

After that, I started putting aside every stray cord I found. Funny thing was, I kept putting them aside in different places, and now I keep finding them, like Easter Eggs.
